Campus Commercial Lead – Data Centres – Sweden

We are currently partnering with an international construction company with operations in Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Their impressive and ever-growing portfolio includes commercial, fit-out, data centres, biopharma, industrial warehousing, retail, residential, healthcare, conservation and education projects. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced Campus Commercial Lead to join their team in Sweden.

Responsibilities

Overall Commercial Leadership
Provide commercial leadership across a multi-building data centre campus, taking full responsibility for cost control, commercial strategy, and financial performance in line with the main contractor’s objectives.
Cost Management & Reporting
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, producing accurate commercial reports and ensuring effective cost planning and financial governance throughout all phases of delivery.
Contract Administration & Risk Management
Lead contract administration activities, managing variations, change control, claims, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with contract terms and local commercial practices.
Supply Chain & Subcontract Management
Oversee procurement strategy and commercial management of key subcontract packages, ensuring value for money, contract compliance, and alignment with programme and quality requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary commercial interface with the client and key stakeholders, supporting negotiations, resolving commercial issues, and contributing to successful phased handovers across the campus.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects – preferably Data Centres
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

Benefits

€140,000 - €150,000 + Full Rotational Package
